When it comes to actually building your new garden you have a choice.
Option 1 – invitation to tender
You may wish to put the hard landscaping of your new garden out to tender. If you choose to do this we will prepare the tender documentation and a shortlist of potential contractors for you, as part of the design fee, and supply you with copies of the design and construction plans. You are, of course, free to nominate any contractor you choose. If you wish to tender out the hard landscaping you will be working directly with your chosen contractor for the garden build stage. You may engage us for project inspection – this can be arranged for an additional fee – but we will unable to direct the contractors on your behalf.
Option 2 – design & build
Alternatively we offer a design and build package which means we will manage the whole project from design to completion, using our own nominated contracting partners. We work closely with a number of trusted contractors, and have created all the gardens you can see in our gallery. The advantage for you is that the designer will be on site as much as possible to manage the build and ensure the finished garden is exactly as specified. If you wish to take up this option a 10% reduction of the design fee will apply, as we won’t be required to create tender documentation.

No matter which option you choose, once the hard landscaping is complete the final stage is the planting design.
